About COMS
COMS is a small, independent online store based in Lower Hutt, New Zealand. We sell simple tools for focus and calm: the COMS Kinetic Roller, a silent aluminium desk tool, and a range of interactive digital workbooks and planners for deep work, discipline and recovery.
What we sell
- Kinetic Rollers – solid aluminium, about 190g and 8.3 cm long, in Black, Navy, Red and Silver.
- Digital workbooks and planners – interactive files that open in your browser and are delivered by email straight after checkout. No printed copy is included.
How your order gets to you
Our physical products are shipped directly to you from our supplier's warehouse, not from New Zealand. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. Shipping is free to New Zealand, Australia and the United States. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after delivery to tell us about a problem. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded, usually without needing to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for the full terms. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
Payments
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies. Payments are processed securely at checkout by Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.
