Shipping policy

All COMS orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Shipping is free to New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. International parcels often show no tracking updates for 3-5 days while they travel between countries. This is normal, and tracking catches up once your parcel arrives in your country.

Digital products (workbooks and planners) are delivered instantly by email after checkout, with no shipping needed. If your order includes both a physical and a digital item, the digital item arrives straight away and the physical item ships separately.
